Now if people can't hear the difference, they need to get their ears checked. Not gonna dis the G1. It's great as it is and especially as it's now available 2'nd hand way cheaper then a new G2. I have both and even those styles and sounds that is in both, sounds clearly better in the G2. I fully understand those that say the G2 is too expensive. It's all in the "ears" of the beholder
