Going to sleep early tonight is something I'm doing for my future self tonight. I never get enough sleep because I feel I need to relax after work and be on my phone. I always feel so tired all day I slack on chores because of this it affects my job sometimes too. This has been going on for about a month. So thank you so much for this advice.
