Unplanned Freedom: 6 Days Rooftop Camping Through the Fjords of Norway

Join me and a friend on a 6-day unplanned journey through the fjords of Norway. We were 100% self-sufficient, bringing all food and water with us. We set only one rough destination per day, with the main goals of finding a nice camping spot for our rooftop tent before nightfall and experiencing as much nature as possible in between.
We embraced the spirit of spontaneity, letting the road guide us to hidden gems like Kjeåsen and Hjølmotun, while visiting iconic viewpoints of Aurland and Geiranger. We had some epic sunsets high up in the mountains! Four out of five nights we spent completely alone with no other campers in sight, which brought great peace.
Whether you're an adventure seeker, nature lover, or dreaming of your next road trip, this video showcases the ultimate freedom of rooftop camping in one of the world's most beautiful countries. I didn't plan on making a video, so the drone footage and video content were quite limited. Hopefully, this (old-school) video conveys some of the energy.
