Our winter storm continues on throughout the area for our Thursday. Be advised that there will be bouts of heavy snowfall as visibility will be poor and winds will be gusting upwards of 30 to 35 mph. Winter Storm Warnings stretch across multiple states carving out a path of 2000+ miles with all of Northeast Ohio under the warning.
YOUR 3-DAY FORECAST:
TONIGHT: Blustery, snowy and icy conditions expected to continue. Teens.
FRIDAY: Snow begins to exit, much colder. Mid to upper teens.
SATURDAY: Lingering flurries and minimal lake snows. Upper teens to low 20s.

I grew up in North Syracuse NY, and even with all the heavy snow, we always had school.
I lived near the County Barn and a State Barn. The whole city would have school closings,
and at best, North Syracuse would have a delay.
Syracuse's yearly snow total is 127 inches.
