Hike to Seven Sisters Waterfalls in Grenada.
A quick vid to show you what the trail is like if you are thinking of going on the excursion.
It can be muddy in places but if you got the right foot ware its no problem. You do have to cross a stream, you can jump across the rocks or just walk through the water and you guide will help you if you need it.
There is quite a lot of steps and can be a bit slippery. It takes about 30 mins to walk to the falls and a bit longer coming back because its mostly up hill. Remember to take a towel with you incase you want to have a swim, there is also no changing room.
