Funny. I encountered the exact same problem just today ! I been using it for the last 2 years. Is it like a bug in the system?
I had the same problem with 6 months of use. Do u know if the problem is with the display?
I'm not sure. Mine was still under garanty. At first they said they will change the display but they finally sent me à New one.Good luck.

Purchase a week ago, now the screen was problam loosing color and it’s become blanking.
