@@dj_paultuk7052 I have seen him perform at Academy LA in late 2021. I teared up a bit when he played his S.O.S remix from Avicii. Plus he was interviewed on a RUclips video by Sidewalktalkedm which I personally know the content creators.
I love how he shares these deep dj dynamics. I dont have anyone in my life to nerd out about dj dynamics so these vids are great to me confirming stuff I had to learn on my own

W1 Tomorrowland was my first time seeing you live after years and years of following and watching the vlogs. You are absolutely right about the weather, it was red hot and I was really struggling out there, but god you were fantastic. I can even spot myself @9:39

I would have enjoy this set bringing back old dance music tracks on stage. Vibing from the late 80’s to 2010’s 🔥 So much respect to Mr. Luke for doing this and Tomorrowland to agreeing on it.

All your Tomorrowland sets have been just amazing, ive watched them all. I believe in total you did 10 hours of sets over the 3 weeks. Possibly the most from a single DJ at 1 Festival ever ?. You totally showed the newbies how its done !.

what an vlog! loved the thoughs you've shared during preparation and how you got that playlist filled with the best tracks that you possibly could play during the day break set. Such incredible insights. Was actually a little bid surprised when I heard that you are making a playlist for a set haha. But it was definitely worth it. Also knowing that you probably have to adapt to the vibe when your are playing live which is really essential

Knowing your tracks and having them prepared with cues, loops and grids makes switching plans mid-set so much easier.
Question:
You prepare your cues on djay iOS, however you perform on Denon gear. Do you use that gear gear in HID mode with djay on iOS being your primary audio base? Or how else do you get your (prepared djay iOS) cues on the Prime gear stand alone?

Have you done anything about the mastering of the tracks individually? I can imagine that especially the older tracks would sound less heavy compared to how tracks are mixed nowadays. I am curious how you can make this sound on a SoundSystem like on Tomorrowland.

Do the Tomorrowland organisers give you free reign of track choices or is there a limit due to copyright ect or does that only apply to the RUclips live stream?
Surely beat jump can save you 30mins out of a 3hr set, which is the easiest way out🤔🤔🤔
