I feel Sheila's pain, I am still struggling to forgive my dad for not taking responsibility and been too harsh on his children. It's a long story but am finding it difficult to forgive him.

Forgiveness is simply easy if you engage the Holy Spirit to help you and he will reach out the person who needs forgiveness. You must remember that it is the person that needs forgiveness that really but not the person who is one is to needs the forgiveness.
