For example, if you know the basics from video 1, and cover video with any other web tool like gepia2, you can even publish with that. So it completely depends on the novelty and complexity of your research question

Sorry. I dont have idea about that. Will look into it. However, I suggest to use DEPMAP for metabolomics data of cell line if its of your interest.
