love your content! i was working from home up until last december when i resigned. my job was stressing me out realll bad 😭 hoping to find another remote role that’s more tolerable for me and i may look into utilization management as a new career choice.

I honestly dislike working from home. There is no social atmosphere involve in it. It's hard to get support and you are given more work because management no longer has eyes on you.
I appreciate your take. I do def agree that it’s hard to get support esp if you don’t have good boss. Thankfully my job doesn’t require too much and my supervisor is really great about this. Also I’m always out on weekends with friends quite often so I love being home alone during my work week with no one around.
