This is how reviews must be nowadays you see so many channels more marketing than realy using a machine . telling how good a machine is after they pull 2 lines on fake skin haha Thanks gonna follow your reviews
Sol nova wins for me simply cause of the responsive mode I think it's great I do own the 5.0 sol nova and that one is better then the liner wand but my favorite liner pen machine is the neuma 4 with the 4.2 22% cam nothing better seriously
The only bad thing about the sol Nova is if something goes bad, the red button of death..it has to go to Germany to get fixed and it can take months to get it back. That was my experience anyway. Otherwise I love it.
How’d you break it? There’s been multiple people saying they’ve used it for thousands of hours with no issues, only asking cause I thought I had a gun narrowed down to one that’s good all the way around and reliable until I read this comment..
The Sol Nova might tattoo very well, but breaks down on you within two years, and then Cheyenne is nowhere to be found. I have several machines, and all of them have the same problem. Dead within a year. One of my machines came from repair, and ended up as a backup machine, so I used it a few times over a year, and guess what,… Yeah, it died a second time! Every time you send your machine for repair, they charge you 500 bucks. No matter the problem, so even when they only replace an o-ring, you get charged 500 bucks, I am dead serious about this no joke. Quite something to ponder about, isn't it? I think their repair service is the most lucrative part of their business. You know,… When the Sol Nova works fine, it is truly the best machine out there, but the quality is really below any professional standard, I can rely more on my Chinese blender than my Sol Nova. And that's not a good thing, as all professional tattoo artists can agree that your machines are the backbone of your business. So, think before you ink,…or buy a Sol Nova. ✌
@@TheMissAnthropy you won't believe it but since Cheyenne screwed me over, i had to dig into the world of tattoo machines again. I realized a loads of artists are using these chinese machines these days. And now i am too and guess what they are really good man. Even if i had to replace a machine every two years i am cheaper off, but I don't think that will happen because the machine feels really solid when tattooing.
@@EurekaTattoo-cl2my well my first Sol Nova's where running on cheyenne power supply and pedal, but later on i transitioned to cordless Sol Nova's. These preform very well but are as expensive as a newly released iphone. Ridiculous when you think about it, it is 90% mechanical technology. Basically the same tech as a clipper. I am no barber but i doubt any barber buying a 1200 euro clipper every second year.
That sucks.. but not my experience.. I've owned the 3.5 unlimited since the very first release, got it on the pre order.. 4+ years ago.. it's been pretty much a daily go to for aspects of my work and works as well now,as the day I received it.. like never once had a single issue.. I am one a them super careful types though.. but that experience you've had sounds rough 😵💫
They are both relatively smooth…if we are comparing the two to coil machines they are butter, so each other, I’d have to Sol nova to be a bit more less on the vibration
The packer wand is such a versatile machine too, really as long as you learn the hand pressure/machine speed /hand speed, and get all of those on the same page, you can go exactly what you want with any tool you have
I think they are both a waste of money my opinion China is killing the tattoo game with the new wireless tattoo pens they are killing the tattoo game. I can make it happen with anything cuz I am a tattoo artist it's not the tattoo machine it's the person.
I agree some of the Chinese stuff dragon hawk has decent products. But it’s like trying to compare harbor freight tool to snap on tools. The quality of your tools do play factors.
True ..I just got the lancer mast from dragonhawk and that machine is a beast I love cheyenne dont get me wrong but dragonhawk are making good machines with a good quality
This was super helpful, thank you!
I will do a review on all 3 wands
3.5,4.2, and the 5.0
Hi ! Thank you for the video ! If you compare the flux and the unlimited which one is better for fineline and peppershading ?
We have some more FK Irons reviews coming up! We will try to get to that but if we don't comment and remind me.
I prefer spektra flux. I have force, unlimited, flux, ava ep9. But flux is my favorit.

That’s awesome feedback! I plan to buy a neuma this weekend to review it that’s awesome I’ll shout you
Out on that video I appreciate you!
I’ve heard these neuma machines are meant to be awesome for lining and packing
What does the responsive mode do that’s so useful?
Nice! Are u planning a review on the Packer? I have the regular Sol Nova 3.5 and I love it.
But also I want to try the Packer for harder hitting.
Thankyou, appreciate this video

I really hope I don’t experience that
They have a US repair center in Portland Oregon brodie. Don’t think that’s the case

@__Natur222 dropped it. After that it was totally useless. I only had it for a week or before that.

I appreciate your comment and review. Thank you. What would be your choice of machine though, if not Nova?

What woud you say about the vibration of the maschines compared to each other?i heared that the bishop wand has more vibration than the sol nova

How about power wand packer use to black and grey tattoo?
The packer wand is such a versatile machine too, really as long as you learn the hand pressure/machine speed /hand speed, and get all of those on the same page, you can go exactly what you want with any tool you have
Thanks for the respond..its a helpful info..coz i just got my packer today and im black and grey photo realism..cant wait to test it..👌
Hi bro, nice content. You gotta try the Acus M1, it is for me the best tattoo machine ever made.
Awesome! I’m going to look into that machine right now
Brushes?
Sure.. but the sol nova unlimited looks like Vader’s Saber. Sexy.
Ok gee
hawk pen unio next plz
Review about to post!

He might be talking about the prophet tattoo machine from ai-tenitas
True ..I just got the lancer mast from dragonhawk and that machine is a beast
I love cheyenne dont get me wrong but dragonhawk are making good machines with a good quality
Or are you a tattoo artist that cannot afford one of these machines
Spoken like a true scratcher!
