Here is what I can collect from the lyrics. 1:48 part where he says "I don't do drugs so go sell..." part is actually directed at TOP. (Because he was caught multiple times of drug possession, which is a big crime in Korea) This is MC Mong dissing TOP after he called out MC Mong by saying "Monkey with a lost teeth" (MC Mong was called as a monkey due to his looks and his name, and he pulled his teeth out to try to be excused from the mandatory military service). Pretty much both guys with bad reputation dissing at each other.
