Hey @kristi6083, try this "Please hold the "-" and middle button at the same time for 5 seconds to clear the devices connected." Then try to pair them back to your phone. If they won't turn on at all even after charging them for a long time, they may be dead or the battery is dead.

Hey Cristian, I think you'll be able to wear them for around 2 to 3 hours before you start to notice them. These definitely get loud enough, but there's no ANC and there is sound leakage when listening to it at higher volumes. Are you looking for something with ANC btw?
Hmm, if it's only playing out of the left side it sounds as if it is damaged. Does it only play out of the left side when it's connected to any device? Not just your phone? Hey @arifa, there is pretty much no music leakage with these headphones. Even at MAX volume, the seal that it creates around your ears is so good that no one can tell when I listen at max volume. Btw, I will be reviewing the upgraded version of these, which have ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), but due to how well these already block out ambient sounds due to the seal, I think most people may not even need the ANC version of these.

Hey Alias Anybody, they only support A2DP, AVRCP, HFP & SBC. In developer options under BT settings on my android phone, I can only select SBC, all other options like AAC and apt-x are not selectable.

HI,Fort, I am the seller of the headphones. maybe because you connected the earphone to the phone first so the bluetooth is occupied. because if the earphone is connected to another device, then it wouldn't be connected to the second at the same time. Had these for about a year but recently the Bluetooth has been failing. Disconnecting and reconnecting. Have tried all troubleshooting. It's definitely the headphones because other headphones stay connected. Shame because they were really good.
I have not experienced this YET... but I saw something somewhere, that my TV might not want to pair with a second set of earphones.... WHY, I ask.... There are two us that can't hear well... why my Samsung Sound bar does not work well is a big disappointment.
Hiya! Does it have any sound leakage? Imma buy it in a day or two for 27 cad. Want to use it on the bus will it allow me to listen to high volume music and dont annoy people? Also, I've seen many people say that Bluetooth gets worse over time. Did you experience the same thing? Thanks mate!
Hey there, there is definite sound leakage with these. I was using these as my daily drivers for about 6 to 7 months straight and they were great without any Bluetooth issues, but I switched to other headphones and earbuds, so I didn't use it heavily enough to say if the Bluetooth will get worse, sorry.
@DemCrumblies perfect, thanks! Just watched another video of yours that said below 66% volume it didn't have sound leakages. Was that about KVWH201? How loud can I listen to music without it leaking? Thanks for your information!
@@maybe-daniel7859 So with this model in a very quiet room, at 40% volume, I hear sound leakage when I put it on the mannequin head. However, if you'll be on a bus which are fairly loud and with lots of ambient noise, you can probably put it to 50% to 60% without bothering someone who is sitting in nearby seat.
Does it ever show 100% when you fully charge it? Or does it lose all charge right after? Have the headphones ever been completely dead for a long time?
@@DemCrumblies it doesn’t charge at all. i decided to put it on charge at around 50% percent. after that, i kept it on charge for around 4 hours but the percentage went down and won’t go back up. i only bought these a couple of days ago
Hey sonofben, once you have the headphones powered on and paired to your phone by Bluetooth, long pressing the buttons should increase or decrease the volume when you hold them down. Are you using these with Bluetooth, or plugged in by the 3.5 mm headphone jack? Either way, it should work the same way.
@@DemCrumblies i used them plugged in. my headphones just arrived, so it was dead. i have them charging right now. good to know the volume buttons would work once the headphones are powered on and that there's nothing wrong with them. anyway, thank you for your reply
@@sonofben9766 Wow yea you're right. I just tried and the only way I can adjust the volume is by adjusting the volume on my laptop. I'll see if I can reach out to the company and find out why that is.
It works great! When connected to two devices, if I get an incoming call, it prioritizes the audio from the incoming call so you can accept or reject the call. When I turn the headphones off and back on, it connects to both devices again, but it connects to the 2nd paired device first, then the first paired device last. Not sure if it's programmed to prioritize connections that way, or if it just connects randomly. I tried it twice, and both times it connected to the device I paired 2nd.
Yes, I also use them on my PC. If you're on Windows, go to your Bluetooth settings. Click on Add Bluetooth device and pick the first option, then press and hold down the power button on your headphones until you see the LED flashing red and blue, then go back to your Bluetooth settings on your PC, and you will see WH201, click on that to connect. If the battery is completely dead and you don't see any LED lights when you are trying to charge it, unfortunately you will have to buy a new unit because the battery is not user replaceable.
Yea there is definitely sound leakage past medium volume. I also reviewed their newest version of these headphones, and they also had some sound leakage too.
You played music out of the headset.. into a mic... then the audio plays back for us on our sound equipment, is that right? Why even?! Now if you'd have sampled the mic for us, that would have been useful and without the multiple devices affecting the sample.
Hey MarleneSB, I think you're referring to 5:02 seconds into the video here: ruclips.net/video/lTvy9MIWz9Q/видео.html I was trying to demonstrate how the sound from the earcups sounds, so I placed the mic near the earcups to capture the audio to hopefully give an idea of the sound clarity, if there were any cracks or distortions at max volume. I don't normally review headphones, but if you can help me understand what you mean by if I sampled the mic, it can help me with future reviews. Thanks.
Lol I hear you, but no way to stop it. I think in their newer model it just beeps to let you know it's at max volume, but we're stuck with it on this model.
Right off you talk about the type C charging cable which will not accept the type C cables you find every where else, I know because I have this problem of wanting to install a magnetic connector which it will not accept, unlike my blaro set that will. Also you are in hyper mode, to much coffee and no time to make a video.
Hi Dave, it does accept type C connectors, and it does take magnetic connectors. I tested it with the magnetic snap-on type C connectors from Essager, and it charges just fine. If I speak too quickly, you can adjust the playback speed on the video to a lower rate by clicking the Settings or Gear icon and adjusting the speed there.

Hey Cristian, I think you'll be able to wear them for around 2 to 3 hours before you start to notice them. I wear them with glasses on and I can wear them for around that much time before I start to notice it. If you think you have a slighter larger head, then I would look at bigger headphones with more cushion or padding.
I want something loud like can’t hear background sound are these good or should I look for others?
These definitely get loud enough, but there's no ANC and there is sound leakage when listening to it at higher volumes. Are you looking for something with ANC btw?
Hi I want to know how good is the microphone!?
Hi 7minii, it works for calls, but it isn't amazing. I would say it's average microphone quality.
@@DemCrumblies thx
Is there any way to reduce the bass just a touch?
Unfortunately, they do not have a phone app to adjust the equalizer on these to reduce bass.
Can people next to you hear the music when it's 100 percent loud? I'm a bit paranoid about that. Just bought them but love alone so can't test lol
Yep they can if you're somewhere relatively quiet.
@DemCrumblies ah OK. Thanks for quick reply. Subbing u now. 👍
how do i fix them when it doesnt connect and it only plays out of the left side
Hmm, if it's only playing out of the left side it sounds as if it is damaged. Does it only play out of the left side when it's connected to any device? Not just your phone? You can try to press and hold the "-" button and middle button at the same time for 5 seconds to clear the devices connected, then try to connect or pair again for the first time to see if that helps.
@@DemCrumbliesit wasn’t connecting to my phone or laptop at all but when I used the wire to connect it to my laptop then it was only playing out of the left side
@@DarceyMarrs-Williams I would let it completely die, charge it for a few hours, then try to reset it with the steps in my previous comment. If that doesn't work, then you probably have to replace it. You can try to contact KVIDIO to see if they can help you out too or maybe offer a discount on a replacement model.
Can i use this for calls? Do the people on the other end hear alot of noise?
Yes, you can definitely use it for calls. I tested it out and the other party said the audio sounded fine and it was easy to make out what I was saying. They didn't mention any background noise issue.
just turn the power on and then pair with my cel phone? i tryed so many times but never pair with anything, and is brand new. do you have any tips?
Hey Carlos, when you press and hold down the power button, it will flash the LED lights to put it into pairing mode. Once you see the flashing lights, scan for Bluetooth devices on your phone. Let me know how it goes.

It should always be automatically available when an app needs to use it or when you make a phone call. If you can't make calls with it, please go into your Bluetooth settings and ensure that all options are enabled for it in the Bluetooth options, such as options for calls and music/audio.
hi, was there a lot of music leakage with the headphones, especially since you said u play your music really loud?
Hey @arifa, there is pretty much no music leakage with these headphones. Even at MAX volume, the seal that it creates around your ears is so good that no one can tell when I listen at max volume. Btw, I will be reviewing the upgraded version of these, which have ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), but due to how well these already block out ambient sounds due to the seal, I think most people may not even need the ANC version of these.
@@DemCrumblies thankyou :))
@arifa You're welcome 😀
@@DemCrumblies I just bought these today and there is a lot of sound leakage 😭
@@kemelily_x That's interesting because it creates a pretty good seal around the sides of my face. Can people hear it around you even when the volume is halfway? I'm going to be reviewing the newer version of these headphones, which has ANC, so I'll try to pay more attention to the sound leakage on the new ones.
Is there a way to mute the microphone on this headset?
Hmm not sure. Do you mean when you're on a call, you may want to mute the mic if you're just listening in?
@@DemCrumblies Yes I have another head set that allows me to mute the mic from the head set
Hey, do they support the AAC audio codec? I assume apt-X won't be supported in that price category, but aac (additionally to sbc) would be nice.
Hey Alias Anybody, they only support A2DP, AVRCP, HFP & SBC. In developer options under BT settings on my android phone, I can only select SBC, all other options like AAC and apt-x are not selectable.

Does it have a mic, for gaming?
Yep, it has a built in microphone. It should work fine for PC gaming, but I don't think it will work for a PS5.
@DemCrumblies alright
I am having trouble pairing with my computer. Please help
However, I have no trouble pair with my phone. Does it do multi pairing?
Thanks.
Hey Fort Canucks, it can definitely pair with your computer. I have it paired with my laptop and phone.
Try this:
1) Turn off Bluetooth on your phone first (not necessary, but may make it easier for you)
2) Go into Bluetooth on your computer and select the option to scan / add a new Bluetooth device
3) Press AND HOLD down the power button until you hear it say "Power On", then "Pairing" (Lights will be flashing red and blue quickly)
4) Select WH201A on your computer to pair and that should be it.
Let me know how it goes.
HI,Fort,
I am the seller of the headphones.
maybe because you connected the earphone to the phone first so the bluetooth is occupied.
because if the earphone is connected to another device, then it wouldn't be connected to the second at the same time.
Here is how to address this:
please hold the "-" button and multi-function button at the same time for 5 seconds. this is to clear the devices connected.
next you can connect it to the computer and switch between those 2 devices.
Hey I just got my 2nd pair of these, but the voice in the headphones keeps changing. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Hey @RockiestRoom2, do you mean that the audio cuts in and out, or something else?
@@DemCrumblies the voice cuts to different ones, like one would be static, the other voice is a softer tone

Excellent review, how would these kvidio wireless headphones perform against doqaus care 1?
Hey ccagle, I haven't used the Doqaus Care 1 sorry. However, there is a new ANC version of these headphones that I did a follow-up review on, which has improved sound and battery life: ruclips.net/video/MGXeTPP7zN0/видео.html
Just an fyi.. alot of folks may be aware..but for those that aren't.. just purchase a type C to 3.5 mm dongle for about $5 for those phones w/o dedicated 3.5 port.. 🙂
Hey Fowl Man, great tip! I've seen those on AliExpress and Amazon, but never thought about mentioning it. Thanks for that. I will be reviewing the updated version of these with ANC in the next couple of weeks, so I'll be sure to mention it.
Had these for about a year but recently the Bluetooth has been failing. Disconnecting and reconnecting. Have tried all troubleshooting. It's definitely the headphones because other headphones stay connected. Shame because they were really good.
Hey that sucks to hear. Maybe try reaching out to Kvidio's customer support to see what they say or if they offer to send a replacement.
How loud can I listen to music without it leaking?

long pressing the volume up/down buttons doesnt adjust the volume for me. do you need to first power on the headphones for these buttons to work?
Hey sonofben, once you have the headphones powered on and paired to your phone by Bluetooth, long pressing the buttons should increase or decrease the volume when you hold them down. are they usable on pc and mic works on pc?
Yea, but you can also buy a Bluetooth USB adapter if you really want Bluetooth on your PC. I had to do that for a really old one.
How does multipoint work? Any issues?
It works great! When connected to two devices, if I get an incoming call, it prioritizes the audio from the incoming call so you can accept or reject the call. When I turn the headphones off and back on, it connects to both devices again, but it connects to the 2nd paired device first, then the first paired device last. Not sure if it's programmed to prioritize connections that way, or if it just connects randomly. I tried it twice, and both times it connected to the device I paired 2nd.
@@DemCrumblies thanks!

Yes, I also use them on my PC. If you're on Windows, go to your Bluetooth settings. But what about the sound leakage
Hey MarleneSB, I think you're referring to 5:02 seconds into the video here: ruclips.net/video/lTvy9MIWz9Q/видео.html
I was trying to demonstrate how the sound from the earcups sounds, so I placed the mic near the earcups to capture the audio to hopefully give an idea of the sound clarity, if there were any cracks or distortions at max volume. I don't normally review headphones, but if you can help me understand what you mean by if I sampled the mic, it can help me with future reviews. Thanks.
