I will use this pinned comment for corrections to any inaccuracies found in the comparison chart.
    1. IGNITE Show Designer DOES support customizing the reports and labels. Updated in sheet.

It does allow exporting to a CSV file and you can manipulate as you please. You can also add custom columns within the design software which will show up on the reports.

You know, that's totally fair. I missed that. Also, the product report does allow configuring the columns since there's more. I think this one deserves a green check! Thank you for this. It's a bummer RUclips doesn't let you edit videos, but that's why I'm hoping this comment thread is looked at. Sheet updated.

Any software to work on Mac OS??

There really isn’t any specifically for MAC but you can run Windows on an intel-based MAC with Bootcamp. You can also use a virtual machine to install windows as well. I’m not familiar with the details as I use PC, but there’s definitely options!

Oooh Man! You forgot Show Director?

I did look at that one but there were a few problems for me. First, I couldn't find a free trial to try it out and was discouraged by the $649 (or $99/mo) price tag without being able to download a trial. Second, the website tutorials were very outdated and required Adobe Flash Player which hasn't been available since 2020. I got the overall impression that the software wasn't maintained well and the website did a very poor job of encouraging me to put more effort into it. Finally, while the best software out there can be complex, I felt it wasn't for the beginner at all which is generally the focus of my channel and the ones I did cover are totally digestible by the novice - even FWSim and Finale 3D. I did forget to include this one in the "other options" list in the video description though, so I've added it! Thanks for bringing it up!
