If you go near a window in the crashed ship you'll find a face hugger jumpscare. Adding to that, certain lockers in the Nostromo will have Jonesy run out. There are levers in the ship that activate an ice trap for killers. One of the corpses around the map has a key card that opens a secret door with a code and the room is the Mother A.I. from the movie

I can see why they didn’t. Has the game ever made npc enemies like that? Alternatively you could make a kind of zombie mode where the Xenomorph uses facehuggers and turns you into a Xenomorph after enough time has passed between you being infected and not removing the egg, so you hunt down the rest of the survivors until you infect everyone. To even it out of course you give the survivors the loader bot and shit.
The Xenomorph should get a unique hook for that map where first hook is the cocoon, second is the cocoon and you’re holding back the facehugger and on death hook it latches to your character’s face, and kills them

A guy comes into chat and says something along the lines of, “How would you feel if I ridiculed your game the same way you do this game?” Some losers in chat tracked this guys twitter down and sent gore and possibly some death threats. Now at this point Phisnom could say he had no control over the situation, but he chose to be an idiot and laugh about the situation on stream. He then was removed as lead developer on FNaF+’s Steam page which was then shortly after delisted. Phisnom made an apology video and stated that he will be taking a few months break from the project. I honestly didn’t think we’d get a xenomorph because when I think of one I think of them climbing all around the place. And climbing around like a fucked up spider doesn’t work well with most DBD maps
Face-Huggers should be like a trap you can place down… And then it doesn’t exactly kill them but they have to do a skill check to get rid of it all the while as the Xenomorph gets notified when a Face-Hugger is on a player… That would be amazing
The Xenomorph is the perfect killer. The tail is so busted its funny, they truly captured what it means to be the perfect organism. It definitely feels like a more advanced version of the demogorgon
The biggest problem with a lot of iconic movie monsters is that they're often tied up in copyright and legal ownership BS. Usually, it's because the creators or current right holders are split on how they want their property represented and if they don't like how their monster would be represented (or they simply don't like something else), it becomes impossible.
I remember seeing somewhere on Twitter and it’s like making a joke of like Leatherface and the Xenomorph having a staring contest cause Leatherface remembers MKX and I thought that was funny
If there's face huggers there should be like 3-4 medical pods around the maps to try and remove them, but if they can't get the xeno removed in time you have a new ally
I’m really glad it took this long for it to come out! Let me explain I think if it had come out much much earlier it wouldn’t be nearly as good and fleshed out but nowadays dbd has been getting its footing (ignoring mid merchant and knights gameplay)
I do agree with the facehuggers comment. I know there’s a little Easter egg of them being in the map but it would’ve been to cool to see it been used in its ability of a mori. And if I'm right that must be the original planet we see in the original movie, looks like the Nostromo as well and with Ripley being the key character. Idk much about Dead by Daylight gameplay but it looks like you're surviving as Ripley so honestly I'd buy this game just to play that experience
Would be cool for like the alien to find eggs and place them in areas and when a survivor gets close, a facehugger can leap out and infect the survivor after a short period. Then a countdown begins where if the survivor does not do something like find a medical pod or something, they just straight up die. They probably did not do this because of how similar it would be to the pigs jaw traps but it would still be cool
