    I think the carrier signal should be Ec cos(---) like this instead of Ec sin(---) at 4:21

    I think that should be maximum modulating freq instead of max freq deviation at 3:27

      change in frequency literally represents the change in amplitude, does it not. It's just that instead of relying on amplitude deviation we use frequency deviation bc of its advantages

      Sine and cosine don't define modulation dear. You can use any of this two.

      You can use both

      There is no problem, sin and cos are the same function 90 degrees delayed from each other. The only thing you need here is a wave that oscilates in a certain frequency, which both sin and cos are fine to use.
