hi I’ve been part of the subliminal community for a while and started getting into reality shifting, I haven’t found the right shifting subliminal for me yet, as music has always been distracting to me and I needed some visuals too as I am aphant (mindblind) so I made a version for myself and I thought it would be cool to share so I opened this channel! I like the dark academia aesthetic so that’s what I mostly chose for the visuals.

try out different methods, its normal not being able to shift the first few times

meditating and/or scripting before trying to shift, helps a lot
