I agree, but part of me can't help but interpret your advice as "just be happy instead" which obviously is not very helpful advice. Thinking happy thoughts doesn't always silence the negative ones
The fact that this was uploaded at the perfect time for me! I've lately been realizing that a lot of my friendships are based only on how I am beneficial to the them instead of their interest in me as a person, and it's been breaking my heart. It's hard to learn a lesson like that and it's been hitting me hard. Thank you for doing this 💕
