I kinda expected the quest 3 to come with a better headstrap or something like that since the price is higher than the quest 2. I love this small review about it though 🙂

0:52 heres one thing, its just rec room, it applys the rec room mic to your mic while your recording, i once recorded in bonelab on my quest 2, and the mic there, it was really good, take gorilla tag for example, it dosent have a perfect vc thing, it applys that vc's mic to your quest 2 mic

I think that because the mic is so sensitive, even when I talk a bit louder than normal, it lowers the volume of my voice. It does this very poorly though, I really hope they fix it :(
Hopefully rec room will get a graphics update for quest 3 users. Hopefully even for the quest 3 lite! We need those nice flashlights for horror and even for more beautiful experience.

Because they are more powerful then standalone headsets because they have better graphics and power compared to standalone head which has powerful chips but not quite as powerful as the pcvr and other expensive headsets
so mr boe something i would like to point out is that the quest 2s can run as fast as you want them to BUT the companies purposfully cap how fast they run t force you to by a new one!
The only way to optimize custom rooms for the quest 2 is with rec room studio so maybe with the quest 3 we might be able to make well optimized rooms with just the maker pen.
if the quest 3 is as good as people are saying it is, maybe not only crescendo will be added, but maybe other graphical changes. like dynamic lighting, better textures, etc
for christmas im getting one (so that i can have some better christmas memories since the last few Christmases haven't been that exciting so im looking forward to this years christmas

Real. I'm lucky enough to play it and it's a shame it's not avaliable everywhere. Not many vr users on the game so...but, I love using all the glitches in the quest to dupe silver.

i don't think that Rec Room made an update for quest 3, so it is just normal quest 2 version.
Quest 2 had a pretty good mic but is not native on rec room unless you use a link cable it will do a quest 2 native mic quality

it really just depends on your pc. If it's decent, definitely through steam. but the new rec room UI is laggy either way
