Adding on to that at 26:20, how did the input form screen also automatically decide which assigned to users to show depending on the assignment group?
Hi David, We implemented ServiceNow platform approximately 2 years ago and the product has been working wonderful. Management wants us to implement Mobile App where end users can review and approval Service Requests and Change Requests through their phone. I have no experience in Mobile App. Could you please provide us with guidance? Thank you so much.
I followed the steps to add the assignment group and assigned to, but it does not automatically filter the assigned to by the assignment group. Did I miss a step? Could you add an addendum video for that part?
I'm pretty sure that this configuration just pulls the reference qualifier from your assignment group and assigned to fields of your table - see if you configured the reference qualifier there.
i have created a input of reference type given all 3 attributes sourcetable source table field and target table but getting error coludn't load the document can anyone help?? Sourtable -incident sourcetablefied - assigned_to target table- sys_user
