with respect! the placement of the main bars for the bottom mesh is wrong
in the MAT/RAFT foundation the main bars for the bottom mesh are always provided along the longer span of the MAT/RAFT and vice verse for top reinforcement. In a longer direction, the bending moment occurs in maximum amounts to nullify that maximum moment impact we provide main bottom steel bars along the longer direction of the RAFT foundation.

As per ACI Code the minimum thickness of matt/Raft foundation is 50 cm and depth from Natural ground level is 2.5 m
