congrats on the sps! I love the Ryuu! the change to td rates is rrr in all displays so u cant just do the stop at rrr any more. the foam wasnt there before. they probably added to prevent the tape and top from being damaged.

From one display I even pulled an SP and Triple Rare but no SR. This also something I did not expect since normally you get an SR in every box, every 3rd box an RRR and the SPs just 3 in a case.

Loved the video! Where did you get you get your knowledge on how to best build a deck for this set?? Like meta and such! I bought a playset for this set and am new to the game and don’t know the best way to construct a deck. Thanks in advance!
Thank you for the kind words 🙏 Since the set came out last November in Japan the best decks have pretty much been worked out by the JP players - so you can check decklists out at encoredecks.com & even build your own. Lots of more knowledgeable players on RUclips will do set breakdowns for new releases so that’s a good way to learn the basics as well!
Hard to say - first time doing it was with the Slime / Overlord reprints. Then with AoT they went back and made everything original. Now with the upcoming Bunny Girl Reprint they changed the colors even though it's switching to stamps instead of Signatures...so zero consistency. We'll have to wait and see on a case by case basis it sounds like. This is only an English issue though - JP sets get reprints all the time and they are always the same as the original release.

I’m nervous to start collecting the middle/end high end sp’s and ssps because of mystery reprints...would love to start picking up for example maybe a QQ1 ssp...but it’s so popular I can’t help but think they’ll run it again even if in a year ...if they really won’t cap the reprints
Hey! Boxes can be found at any LGS that Carry Weiss Schwarz - you can grab singles on tcgplayer & even boxes (boxes can be searched though so there’s a chance they’re selling boxes that can’t get an SP) why I always suggest buying from an actual game store. Singles though it’s a great place to look
It’s an official mat it was released as a pop up shop event in Japan - there was 3 versions (Halloween, Christmas & Yukata) I ordered the set of three from Mercari JP a while ago - it was kind of a pain to find for a reasonable price but ended up getting a good deal!

Hey! Sorry for the late reply - The pull rates very from set to set but on average it's about 3 per case(which was the rate for this set) A case of booster boxes is 18 so it's about 1/6 boxes for a Sign.
Hey! Actually 3 SRs is pretty much only reserved for sets that contain a high rarity version of every card (Quints 2/3, SAO anniv. etc.) otherwise 2 foils is a good box as most older sets the majority of boxes will contain one foil only!
Can i ask where you guys buy this from? Bought my first booster pack this past weekend, and im very interested in getting into it! and it doesnt seem to be super pupular at my lgs so they dont have much inventory
Hey! Yeah I'm right there with you as my LGS doesn't carry any weiss right now - I order from a few different stores. I can recommend Hammergirl Anime - usually you have to preorder but they have some of the cheapes prices and they're super reliable and have used them for years. Also Goldstar Collectibles - another good place to order from.

@@ChillwindTea some sets have different pairings. i would just try to think about how many foils vs type.
