I had my honor 8x screen replaced by a guy that ran a phone repair booth called The Phone Box gave him my phone on Tuesday came down Thursday morning and the screen hadn't been replaced yet as the part had only turned up he told me to come back in one hour I did and when I was given it back it had elastic bands wrapped around it and when i got home I noticed the screen has lost its vibrancy and colour and the touch screen is not fully working as it now takes longer to type messages as its less responsive and and sometimes when I unlock the phone it comes up with a black screen that has black bands going across then unlock it again and the screen looks okay and sometimes it goes very misty and grainy
Take it back and ask him to redo it or to refund you. It's either the screen he got was defective or he damaged it in the process of rushing to get it done for you.
@@danieladom7156 I did go back to him and he said he cannot do anything about it right now as if he removes the screen it will break and there won't be another to replace it with and declined to offer a refund and said if I end up dropping it and the screen is damaged then he will repair it free of charge I said so there is nothing you can do about my screen going foggy and colour becoming washed out especially in cold conditions he said no unless its broken he can't do anything about it but I have seen on my phone that its not fully sealed and there are part of the back and front that are slightly raised which I know is the cause of this screen becoming washed out and the touchscreen isn't perfectly responsive
how was the batter after you did it this way? I just shattered my screen and every tutorial I've found they completely wreck the battery, and i cant afford to replace both :/

he bought a very shit third party screen, don't repair your phone at that guys place again
