Cool video! Ive recently been getting into ambient music and i do find it really interesting how it can be created in so many different ways.

I don't see a mic on the amp, how was this recorded? I am ready to start getting sounds into the computer and have no idea where to start...

There's a mic to the left of the pedalboard. A LDC of some sorts. Maybe a 414...

I would recommend picking up a Sure SM57 dynamic mic, and a Scarlet audio interface. I used an SM57 for the longest time and just recently got a condenser mic because they are better for recording my acoustic guitar. The Scarlet audio interface will connect to your computer through a USB port, and you can plug your microphone into the audio interface, allowing you to convert the audio signal to digital and into your DAW. I've been using the same audio interface for years now and I think I payed around $100 dollars for it. Hasn't done me wrong since. Hope that helps.
