Appreciate the feedback! Thanks for taking the time to look at my bench!
Would also add bending the bar queue as well. Elbows flared out on 2nd and 3rd attempt.
You two have a great dynamic! Every time I tune in I feel like I learn something new
Loving the guest appearances.
You two are great on camera. Bring her back please.
Danii is so good at this!!
Great, thank you very much for the feedback!😊
Awesome as normal - great work guys!!!
great cinematography. Wow
Danii!
Can someone explain the ribs down cue to me? My brain doesn't comprehend (this isn't sarcasm I really don't get it)
Many people think good bracing means sticking your butt out. Ribs down is supposed to help you visualize keeping your torso neutral as you brace
Ribs to hips... place the palms of your hands on your stomach. Exhale all your air and feel how your ribs lower and stomach muscles tighten. Keep in that position and those stomach muscles tight, and then inhale big breath without losing the position or already tightened muscles.
I watch your channel and seem to be in a world of miracles and magic! Thank you for your creativity and positive impact on us!
I thought you were that guy who reviews death grips albums.
Does anyone know what software he uses to circle areas in the video?
Where is the livestream...
As my coach says, tension = torque. Gonna be hard for last guy to lock out a deadlift without creating proper tension/bracing.
Also I feel like that much rounding would be more prone to a serious injury.
1:55 "let those knees come forward" - should the cue be more just hips back?
Woah, don't you put all strongman in the same boat 😂, i do strongmen and my deadlift isn't like that
I can't under any circumstance see that knee valgus and wobbling as being okay longterm, when knees go in because the quads can't handle the extreme load the lower back, hips, and pelvis are being leveraged like a brake, those forces they don't just get absorbed into the ether. Ligaments.
wtffff, vignes???? T_T
Bro got the college gym on Calgary barbell 🥶
Looks like the common issue is that the lifters can’t handle the weight they are attempting just yet while still maintaining good form. Lighten the load a bit, nail it with good form, then add the weight back and try again next time.
lmao that last guy is pure ego lifting, need to tell him to reign in the mindset.
