The mother, Blanca, had Jackson for unlawful termination and extorted him by coming up with this claim just as his HIStory album was coming out. During the trial, jurors were caught laughing at Francia’s testimony in the break room. Paying the 2 million was much cheaper than what the accusation would have cost. It’s why he never should have settled in 93, pandora’s box to false claims. Also, listen to Blanca’s cross examination next. Paints a pretty good story of what was up with them. He probably made this all up, and even if he didn’t, it doesn’t match with other claims made against him. That’s one that that really stands out with these accusers. Their stories are inconsistent and do not paint a picture of a serial pedophile. Some say penetration, others not, Wade says he told him girls were yucky, Gavin says he showed him straight porn. Some say he was secretive and careful, others daring and risky. None of it adds up. The one consistency is accusers going after his wallet.

Just so happens the third alleged incident he came to court with was more severe and legally met the definition of child molestation. Little doubt police and Sneddon coached him to tell this story, especially given the language he uses.
