Stained Glass Artist Ellen Knudsen-Duffey receives ARP funds from NDCA

Artist Ellen Knudsen-Duffey received an American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant through ND Council on the Arts in 2021. Duffey describes the reason for her chosen medium and explains how she is using the funds to create a stained glass greenhouse that will be located near the Missouri River north of Bismarck.
