I like to headcannon that mammon actually has the most self control out of everyone. Beel has to manage his own desire for food. Asmo has to manage his desire for. . . You know. Luci has to manage his own. Well. Pride. Belphegor , has to manage his own laziness. Satan has to manage his anger, and Levi has to manage his jealousy. The six brothers are pretty much helpless against their own sins, each giving in. But think about mammon, his sin is greed. The only issue is, greed is one of the sins that can apply to nearly all other sins. Greed for food , Greed for power , Greed for. . . yknow.. Etc etc. It's interesting to think that mammon has decided that Greed for money is all he needs, and utilizes that to excuse his Greed for other things. We don't see him actively pursue Luci's position as topdog, even though we know his speed is second best to luci's and beel's. In general, we don't see him pursue much with his life other than money and affection, if you consider MC's half baked dialogue as 'affection'. There's alot more depth that Obey Me as a game could detail about its characters, so I was abit sad when there wasn't too much lore and character development. Just mc toying with the boys ig.

I get this is an Otome but I'm hoping that the lore reaches a little deeper. :) Or like, maybe the devs always intended the sins to be limited to their personalities and not really be a plot device. Fine with that too (I'm still in lesson 30)
