The abbreviation "kko" means 'church' and "kk" means "kirkonkylä", that is the village where the church is. So "TEUVA KKO" is pointing towards Teuva Church.
"Haikaranpesä" means 'stork's nest'. "Näköalaravintola" means 'restaurant with a view', so presumably the restaurant is higher in the tower.
Yes, Haikaranpesä is at the top of the tower.
There was a pretty horrifying stabbing incident at the Pitäjänmäki McDonald's a while ago where a man stalked his wife and murdered her in the restaurant.
Funny that I were in the restaurant, that's in the thumbnail, just a couple of weeks ago. The restaurant is at the top of the water tower, not at the base.

You mentioned UFOs, and that gives me a perfect chance to tell about the one UFO sighting in Finland that the Air Force has verified:
It was back in the 1960s. Some fighter jets were practising. One guy was still on the ground, in the cockpit, and noticed something right above him. There were eight balls hovering in the air, "the color of the moon" as he later described them. They looked like they were keeping an eye on something.
Someone who was on the ground on foot contacted him with the radio and asked him, hey, do you see those things? He confirmed that he did. The people in the airport tower also said that they saw them and in addition, the radar indicated that there was something there.
One fighter was already in the air and he was told to go investigate. As he got closer to the balls, they started moving away from him. They were going against the wind but kept accelerating faster and faster. They realized that the fighter is not going to catch them and told him to give up the chase. Within that same minute, another airport tower (that was at least 100km away) also detected them. Then they disappeared.
That was all. They never appeared again.
This was reported as a real UFO sighting because there was so much proof. About 20-25 people saw them, from different viewpoints, and the radars of two different airports detected them. There was definitely *something* there.
But what? No-one knows.

McDonald's was closed for couple weeks for renovation. It re-opened on Friday. I'd assume video was recorded few days ago.

Prices are still very reasonable here in Finland, even in downtown Helsinki in my opinion. Especially in terms of lunch deals we have countless great spots in the pääkaupunkiseutu area. I don't mind paying a little more when eating out every once in while if it keeps smaller local business alive.
I've been at the mcdonald's from number 2, and 4 is close by but I haven't been there.
KKO, short way to spell Kirkko (church) .
Funny how you pronounce the i in the end of niemi like an e and then the e in sakke like an i eventhough you pronounce both of the letters in the beginning 'nie' of niemi correctly. :D Finnish is a phonetic language so letters always make the same sound no matter the word.
What is it that they say in the restaurant business about the location, location, location..? It's got to be selling point when you can get your home appliances fixed next door while you eat at your local kebab restaurant. Not saying that there are sketchy looking kebab places in Finland, but: "Pizza Enrico - Mitä Sinä Sanoa". The restaurant business hasn't quite bounced back after the Covid. Now there are the inflation and growing economic difficulties to deal with. Probably leads the restaurant owners to seek low rent locations for their businesses. Speaking of potential customers from outer space. In the 80s TV series 'V' they ate rats. I don't know how that goes together with food safety regulations... I guess it lines up with what you said about the US and UFOs when an obvious ski lodge is considered aa a UFO in the US: "Futuro - A New Stance for Tomorrow TRAILER", "FUTURO HOUSE | Matti Suuronen's Futuro House at Exhibition Centre WeeGee | Espoo | Finland" and "Futuro Home Tour | His Tiny House looks like a UFO & it has people talking...".
