sabre models absolutely Same problems you had with the bent prop shaft and the rear shocker hitting that step thingy and I even did a dry fit first but couldn’t avoid it so it’s bent slightly up at an angle so doesn’t look too bad

I found that aswell that was a lack of reference material for this build :-/ had to use Google images gor reference

craig kerr I spent a lot of time on the internet looking for pictures of other people's models, and real HETs.

Same here then resorted to Google images where I used a photo of a hett with the duel nato and desert cam

Thanks brian it's a monster but it's a good build so far might change my mind when I hit all the photo etch lol

+craig kerr The photo etch was a pain... at first. For the first few parts, I didn't have adequate pliers, but once I got them it wasn't so bad. The NATO tri-tone was the least fun part. My tri-tone isn't that good.

Topspin 222 thanks buddy and I totally agree with you on needing good pliers etc some of the pieces on this build are stupendously tiny

craig kerr Yeah, and once they fall on the ground, they are impossible to find. It's ridiculous, I dropped one of the photo etch brackets for the tail mudguards on a tile floor, and they VANISHED. That's why mine is missing two brackets. But no one will see it, because I will cover it with mud.

Lol weathering is awesome for hiding a balls up ;) I haven't lost any pieces yet so I've been lucky up to now been close though lol
