    This is a great help for me! I started a NPO a few years back, at the height of covid, and I'm kind of aimless right now (but with a lot of energy and fervor to do good for others) and your series is helping me get myself in the right mindset to plot things out and refocus myself into my brand.

    Great video, Amber! The only items I’d add, in the extras are the cover letter, which I write last; an annual report, if you have one; and a big one is foundations often ask the percentage of board of director giving to the npo-if it’s not 100%, that might signal a problem for obvious reasons.
    Once again, great video! Keep up the great work!

      @@AmberMelanieSmith I currently have an llc so converting over to non profit will be grueling. I want a percentage of my revenue to go to various charity’s/causes each quarter. What is the proper route to take?
