Good that you visited there, my ancestors are from the Baltic Sea area of Poland/Lithuania a lot of the food that you showed is familiar to Ashkenazi Jewish cooks (minus the pork and meat with dairy) Those people are lovely .... very polite
I know history that bagels invite polish jews in cracow and they move it to new york.
The Obwarzanek Krakowski isn't a bagel. It's harder and dry. The stupid guide couldn't explain it. Bajgel and Obwarzanek Krakowski are two different things. The Obwarzanek Krakowski is a certified regional product.
A bagel?? In Poland??? ... it originated here, dear:):) and re: sausage; only in Poland sausages taste great; the ones made in USA ar a OK, but not the way they are in Poland:):)
Mike. You were in Poland, you tested lots of different vodkas i think, you visited big corpo brewery but why the hell you don't tried some polish craft beer? You're from US where the craft was born, i'm sure you tested lots of great beers in your entire life. Next time when you will be in Poland, please visit ratebber and choose some tap house in Krakow or Warsaw. We have grate IPA, Stouts, but at first we have a traditional Baltic Porter and smoked beer Grodziskie. If you like beer you're gonna love Poland.
@@Pooledogg Your assertion of origin is semantical as you can go back 100s of years to find craft brewing. Arguably the first craft brews of the modern world could stem from Anchor Steam Brewery in SF.
