Hi Kathy you have just come up on YT. I too am a fibro sufferer. It's ten years of unbelievable pain. I also have LPR (silent reflux) which gives pain in the throat and chest. I gave up on the hospital, I found they were very patronising. If I get 2-3 hours sleep in one go it's a good night. Like you I have to have help to get out of bed. As a Mum this is not what want, I should be able to do things and not relying on other people, especially my Son. It's probably the wrong thing to say, but it's nice to not feel alone with this. Unless you have it, you cannot begin to imagine how it feels.
Lovely to see your Sooty, he's such a loving boy. I have 2 adopted fur babies and Mozzy is a gorgeous little black furred baby, and my 1st adopted. He's just as loving as Sooty, but only first thing in the morning. Good luck, I hope you have a better day tomorrow x

Hi, thank you for commenting, I get really bad reflux too, I feel embrassed having to ask my children for help, I think the same if u don't suffer with fibro or chronicillness then people don't get it, it's hitting me hard today abit emotional too, merry Christmas to you and your family xxxx big hugs

Hiya Kathy sorry I’ve not been writing back to you,I’ve watched every one you have done,I got a toilet seat and like bars across the bath,another rail on my stairs,things on my chair legs to make my chair higher,and a bed bar on the side of my bed so I can grab it to pull myself up.I’ve got a really bad shoulder I can’t move it proper it really sore,and I keep getting like somebody’s stabbing my body in different places,do u ever get that it makes me go arrrr it’s not nice ,I’ve got type 2diabetes now and have to take tablets for that now ,I rattle with all the tablets im on hahahaha😂 but it isn’t funny really.tell those physio you can’t do them exercises and your not even going to try cause it hurts your body to. Much when your doing them or trying to do them and hurts you after ,hope ur ok after you have a sleep ,take care love big hugs Joan xxxxxxxx

Glad to hear from. You, sounds like you have some difficulties with your health, hope u start to feel some what better, saying that when do we get a break from fibromyalgia. I understand u about the stabbing pains. I've got a toilet seat I got from occupational therapy, always stubbing my toes on it.
