Genders are hard to master in French, you shouldn’t focus on that when starting I’m a French Canadian and where I live, there’s many native English folks and they all speak French as a second language. And believe me, there’s not a single one that master the genders with the nouns so if you’re just starting, don’t focus on that

As a french I would say that the word "Beautiful" would be better translated as "Magnifique" than belle. And as for the words "Belle and Beau" they would be better translated as "pretty" . ✌🏻
