How do you keep the rosters realistic. It drives me crazy when I run sims. The only way I know how is just copying player dna and loading a new scenario.
Might have to fix the tendencies. He's probably got a lot of that stuff pretty low with how bad he is in real life so no matter the changes to attributes he may not play like that.

it's honestly hard to man. it isn't always perfect. just search for the best ones in rosters AND scenarios.
