We strive to do the best we can as husband and wife also as parents. It's not a walk in the park but I believe in trying to make it work, not for the kids but for each other if possible.We did a lot of soul searching and meditation to get to where we're at now! Both Target and Walmart do not have much for black hair, at least not in the 2 states I have lived in. I do want to try your recipe with the Shea butter on my daughter's hair.
I work at a small Wal-Mart (in the US) and we don't have anything for black or curly hair!! I have to drive atleast an hour away to get stuff for my girls hair. Thank you so much for your videos and info it helps me alot!

I know this video is 2 years old, but all of the Walmarts in our city had a section bigger than the one you shared over 10 years ago (2010). Here in the Southern USA, northern Alabama- the humidity is high and the natural hair care movement is strong so Walmart took advantage of that fact and started expanding the ethnic hair care section. We have Asian owned ethnic hair care stores which are constantly moving product with a heavy traffic flow. Many drugstores also jumped on the bandwagon and followed suit. Your platform causes change so your daughters won't have to travel miles to find a new product, thank you. So glad the marriage has been restored and you 5 are doing well.

I'M still having issues getting the products I need from the stores here. Its either we have stores (like Walmart) with limited products or we have ONE store with a variety of products but they are so expensive😔
Me and my daughter dad split when she was 3wks old. Tried to work it out for about 9-10months but he wasn’t willing to give it a go and he does t see her at all now. But now for the past 2years I’ve been with an amazing man who treats her as his own :). U guys are doing amazing as co-parents keep it up xxx. We don’t hav a Walmart in the uk but in one of our beauty stores Superdrug there’s only 2-3 small rows for black people/mixed race, but luckily we do hav a hair shop with more choice but there isn’t many of them around. Xx

Nicole Dione it was a very tough time and I had no help from anyone apart from my Mum but she would only help if I needed her to as I lived with her, and I’m thankful for her giving me advise and support. I’m amazed I got through it and when I now look back at what I’ve achieved with my little girl it makes me so proud I can say I did that 😁. It was hard to find anywhere for products on her hair to begin with but it’s getting abit easier now 😊 but to find a salon to cut her hair is another story lol
HI Nicole. I use the rough skinned lemon in water every morning. I will add ginger now. I used to love the Mac'Donalds apple pie. I've stopped eating fast foods now.

Me and my 2 youngest dad are separated; been together for 6 years and have been separated for almost 2 years, we are focusing on ourselves, communication and the kids, it's still very hard for me at times.
Omg.....I live in East Texas and our Walmart has way more African American products than that! My husband and I are doing well in our marriage so I can't give you any advice on separation or divorce because I never experienced it. I pray that the Lord will led you two in the direction that is best for you and your family.

Nicole yea I wish it was. I have to drive a good distance about 30 minutes to buy black hair care products. Because of the area I live in.
