They come from West India - Maharashtra ( State ) . This is also the state where Bollywood is based in majorly. But this song is from a local film industry of Maharashtra - the language is called Marathi.

u r right but I want to say something .firstly Marathi isn't a local film industry ,means come on Zee studios has produced the film ,music recorded at abroad and u call it a local industry?Secondly ,if u divide in East-west then Maharashtra falls in Western division and if u divide in south - north then Maharashtra falls under south India .from childhood I have been told this that Maharashtra is part of south India.and again the region where story is depicted and shot is in Marathawada region which is part of Deccan plateau and a part of south India .

    • @BetelGeuseTTV
      @BetelGeuseTTV 2 года назад +1

@@shreyashtodkari908 okay so I do not mean local in the sense that it is small. It just means that it is regional. marathi movies are not as widely watched as bollywood pan india. And that is what I’m trying to explain to them. Its about comparative explanation for people who are new.
Also, i am not diving it as east west or north South.
I divide it in all 4 ( because that’s how it should be imho ). East- west- south- north…. And as per that Maharashtra is west india. Also the reason why Maharashtra cannot be considered a southern state is because the other 4 ( now 5 ) southern states have languages that do not originate from sanskrit but instead from Dravidian culture.
Some of these are personal or perspective dependant things. I know most north Indians consider Mh as south india. But as a Maharashtrian myself, I know its west india.
Anyways, its all India man… I was just stating things in comparative reference for them to know wrt bollywood coz they know about that the mist at this point.
      Cheers! 🍻

Sairat is an INCREDIBLE film. Not spoiling anything, but to drastically oversimplify the plot, it's a version of Romeo and Juliet set in (sadly) relatively modern-day India. And it does NOT end how you'd expect.

    Its really awesome movie.
They were in a temple so we take off our shoes outside the premises. When the girl returns there are flowers in her slippers. So the significance is that in Hinduism we worship this symbol 👣 as the footprints of goddess and we offer flowers to this symbol so when the girl returned from temple her slippers had flowers in them and when the girl looks at the boy he does the gesture of asking ones blessing. Its the gesture of touching feet

Regional movies in India are more realistic than say bollywood which is glamourised. The hand gesture 🙏🏼 is the way of greeting in India. It is called Namaste or Namskar, it means I bow to the divinity in you. You should see the making of these songs in LA. The movie was a hit and worth a watch but will have lots of cultural stuff too. The imagery of the guy offering his prayers to the girl is that he is addressing to her as a goddess. When we visit temples, we put flowers on gods and goddesses’ feet and pray to them. So he is basically saying that “you are the goddess I will pray to or you are the goddess of my life” through that gesture.

wonderful reaction guys. That swell= build up in relation... how many got that right. As a subscriber of your channel I would like give you a suggestion. Why don't you guys do a video on the Indian states and their respective native languages? This will also help you guys get a clarity whenever you do a regional song apart from Hindi or English. Great going guys.

    please check out the followings
    1) *sadda haq* (It's a rock song from the movie rockstar composed by AR rahman sung by mohit chauhan)
    2) *Guzarish* (It's one of the best bollywood song quite underrated, mv is also really good you don't need to watch the movie to understand it , singers are javed ali and sonu nigam, complete song is sung by javed ali there are hummings in it which are of sonu)
    3) *milne hai mujhse aayi* (Rock song by Arijit)
    4) *Hungama ho gaya* (Very underrated song sung by asha bhosle(a legendary singer singing from 1950's), Arijit singh(I still cannott believe he sang metal, he is so versatile))
    5) *Janam Janam mtv live tour* (You reacted to gima awards, in that arijit sang only half and didn't sang the high notes part but in mtv live he did, it's gonna blow your mind)
