(4K] Berlin tour - from north to south #2 - Spandau, along the Havel river

A commented bike tour along the Havel River in Spandau. A somewhat different city tour and guided city tour through Berlin.
This is the second part of a spontaneous bike tour from north to south through Berlin along the water. This time it goes through Spandau.
In Spandau was and is built enormously much. The "Wasserstadt Oberhavel", now called "Waterkant Berlin", the "Speicherballett", the "Carossa-Quartier" and more. Where for a long time there were industrial wastelands, new neighborhoods are being built in prime waterfront locations.
I am surprised myself how fast everything is changing here.
