    I have 2 919 Aquarobo. I have had really good luck with mine and Aquarobo has good customer service. I have used mine in the local mine pits and believe it or not been to 65 ft for prolonged times. Never ran the battery out yet. You can run it with two divers at 30 ft and get inflation hookups for BCDs. Ive used it in cold water as well with no freeze ups. Im a certified scuba diver and I often use it for shallow dives with no overhead obstacles so I can stay down longer. I use a dive computer and redundant air as I feel its needed. Under 30 ft I don't feel it is. Aquarobo also sells different hoses for these. I have also put better scuba aqua lung regulators on my hoses. Filters are easy to clean. Can't say much bad about mine,

    Good review,... I purchased the 519-6 They say 6hr but I'm sure I would be lucky to get 3-4. I've tested it in shallow depths under 10ft,... Works great. Quiet unit compared to the Expensive brand name units. Mesh cage for underbelly protection is a fantastic idea. Keep up the great reviews m8.

    I ordered the 819. I am guessing their standards declined. I unboxed it and it did not match the manual. The specs of what you get are very vague. My guess they just loaded the box with anything laying around.
    I am hoping since my life will depend on it that the system's internals are okay for the lungs. I will use this to clean under my sailboat so I won't be deep diving.

      @@dubo5 yes, its water cooled. You can run it out of water for a min or so to check it all out but make sure the motor does not get hot.

      No issues here, the 819 is a good model that is smaller and lighter. Perfect for Metal Detecting. These are all great for the 30-40 foot range (i would not recommend any deeper on a hookah unit) and still remaining safe. What i like about them is the 4-5 hour battery life.

  • @Stefan-wd9uv
    @Stefan-wd9uv 2 года назад +1

    Alot of concerns here, what kind of pump system is used if they mounted a airfilter on the line, and if compressor fails and tube shrinks the tune loses lengh quickly.
    How does it feel compared to your nomad system at 10 feet /20feet /30 feet. The price looks good but alot of ifs on the component side of things, would be awsome with a deepdive into it.

    • @IffySignals
      @IffySignals  2 года назад

      Agree allot of if’s. Website says it has an oil free/brushless motor. Customer service for questions is good, Eric at Aquarobo has always gotten back to me when i had questions. Deepest i have had it was 12 feet, i was down for over 30 minutes at a time and it feels good. Quality - Nomad is better built with everything enclosed and a strong hose and travel friendly also can be repaired in the USA.

    Thanks for the video. Do you know if there is any difference between the 619 and 919 other than the battery time? Are the batteries lithium?
    I am building my "treasure boat" (remolding an old bass tracker) and was debating to put a fixed air unit in it,. Or save some costs and get a floating one like this. Is there a way to release water build up in the tank?
    Sorry for all the questions but I got an email into garland. But it may take a while to get a response... Again thanks for the review and if your ever down in FL your welcome to hit the sand bars or beaches with us....

      Hi, the 919 has the water cooler feature its sealed off and has coolant in it. It has a bigger air pump as well. The batteries are lithium. You can reach Eric Damon on FB messenger if you have it.. might be faster than email. Thx

    • @IffySignals
      @IffySignals  Год назад +1

      Its close to as expensive as the Nomad. Build quality and serviceable here in the US has to go to the Nomad. You can go deeper and dive longer with the Aquarobo but i prefer the Nomad being so light and travel friendly. Cannot get on a plane with the Aquarobo.

    • @FreeAmericanSpirit
      @FreeAmericanSpirit Год назад +1

      @@IffySignals nomad is much more expensive... I do like it is made in FL. But the price is a deal breaker. Not to concerned about warranty because a 3 year warranty from Amazon is only 60 bucks.
