Hindu awakening is the need of the hour. There has always been a threat to our existence due to our disunity and we ourselves not taking pride in our rich culture. The youngsters must be told to know what their past history has been and make Hindu unity as the primary goal and not caste, creed and language. We have a challenging task before us and we must rise in earnest to answer as to what ails us and makes us sluggish when it comes to Hindu pride. Like Swami Vivekananda said, ' Arise, awake and sleep not till the goal is reached'.

I am a Telugu and I have an interest in Telugu literature. I have never read even heard of the 100 stranza telugu poem on the attack of Tirupati that Prof Meenakshiji is talking about. And I don't know that Tirupati was attacked! I am surprised how our history is hidden from us.

It is a very complex question brother. No short answers. To simply put the foremost reason, a Dakshinatya learns and 'masters' a non native language as a means of earning money by serving outside world but not for business or wielding political power. English, which has already been imposed on him historically centuries ago, serves him better in this respect than Hindi.
Now you will have a hundred supplementary questions.😊

some great Kings of this land that is Undivided India Even though there are many great Indian warriors/Kings. And i want to tell you about some of them.
    22 Great Kings/Emperors/Warriors of India
*Not in any order. They all our Heroes, so it is foolish to rank these Legends. And I am mentioning only one or two achievements of these legends apart from numerous achievements which they have.
    1. Chatrapati Shivaji : Founder of Maratha Empire. He was the reason why Indian Civilisation survived and bounced back when mughal army was at the doors of deccan. Later on his empire at its peak extended right from Attock to standing at the doors of Kabul, Afghanistan to the North Western Frontier of Indian Subcontinent and to Cuttack in the east to reaching its influence as far as Bangladesh when they invaded Undivided Bengal in the early 1740s and to Thanjavur in south. People dont realise british did not conquer India from mughals infact it conquered India from The Hindu Maratha Empire. This legend literally saved a whole civilisation, when all other civilisation were wiped out by Abrahmic Faiths. Revived the Indian Navy, Great Administrator, amazing economic policy, visionary, brave and benevolent leader. And most importantly revived the confidence among hindus that we can bounce back and established an INDIAN EMPIRE once again, when everyone lost hope.
    2. Samrat Vikramaditya : Legends says that his empire reached as far as arab peninsula to Mid-Europe. No wonder why the traditions before islam and christianity in these areas are very much similar to Hinduism/Santana Dharma/Indian Culture. Infact Arabic Poet Bintoi, who was born 165 years before Mohmad, endorses the fact that Samrat Vikramaditya ruled over Arab to Mid-Europe. I hope someday Arab Govts allow the research for this.
    3. Chandragupta Maurya : 1st Global Emperor of India. He defeated the Greeks at their peak. He defeated Selecus Nicator, Commander of Alexander and established its control and supremacy over Eastern Greek Empire, that is as far as modern day turkey and Selecus Nicator not only married his daughter Helena to him but also used to pay taxes and tributaries to him.
    4. Rajendra Chola : Controlled over the land and seas. He established his supremacy over Arabian Sea to Bay of Bengal and conquered land whole south east asia with his influence reaching as far as East China Sea to the shores of Japan & Korea. And it also indirectly controlled the Arabian Markets as Cholas had conquered all the sea trade routes
    5. Lalitaditya Muktapida : It is said that his empire extended right from Bay of Bengal to Caspian Sea. He defeated the Arabs, Turks(Turkmenistanis), Tibetians, & others at the same time. Al Beruni (Persian Scholar) writes the victory of Lalitaditya over the Arabs was a disaster for the Arabs & humiliation for the Arabs.
    6. Kanishka - defeated central asians and conquered and established its supremacy over Central asia (Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan , Uzbekistan, Tajikistan,Kyrgyztan) and his empire's influence extended to Eastern Iran.
    7. Bappa Rawal : defeated the arabs and took the revenge of Mohmad Bin Qasim and made check posts all the way from Persia to India. Also known as Slayer of Arabs as he ruthlessly killed them.
    8. Khuman 2 : literally became a nightmare for arabs and defeated Arab Caliphate & captured their General Mahmud. He literally became a nightmare for arabs. Rawal Khuman 2 defeats arabs & captures their general - General Khuman 2. Khuman’s defeat of Mahmud was conclusive and since it was the army of the Caliphate ,it completely demoralised the Arab. Mahmud was held captive under very humiliating conditions by Khuman. He was let go after extracting heavy penalties from Arabs.
*Turks are people belonging to Central Asian countries that is Turkmenistan Uzbekistan Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan Tajikistan. They captured Anatolia and renamed it as Turkey. That is why people of modern day Turkey looks like European and not like Central Asian. And in India, mughals came from Uzbekistan, so they are actually Uzbeki Turks.
    9. Krishnadevaraya : Probably the best administrator India ever had. With diplomacy being his greatest skills. Built the finest capital, the world has ever seen in its era.
    10. Mihirbhoj : Arab Caliphate was expanding its faith violently under Umar. They remained undefeated and conquered whole persia egypt syria etc and islamized them completely. But Umar was not only defeated but did not have the guts to attack Indian subcontinent again.
    Remaining Kings in below comment

    • @cpol1146

      11. Peshwa Bajirao : Never lost single battle in his life. Completely defeated the mughals after defeating the mughals in Battle of Delhi (1737) and OFFICIALLY establishing the Maratha Supremacy over to whole Indian Subcontinent. And mughals lost its supremacy from 1707 and from 1715-1818 it was the Maratha Empire who became supreme power in the subcontinent. And mughal kingdom was just reduced to Delhi and its nearby areas. And there was a mockery used to be said about mughal kings - "Shah e Alam , Ajj Dilli ta Palam". which means that what kind of sultan is this who calls himself Lord of the world, but his kingdom extended just right from Delhi to Palam area. Bajirao’s military career spanned 20 years but not even once did he lose a war. He always returned victorious. & there are only 3 generals in the world who never lost a single battle & won each and every battle they fought. And Peshwa Bajirao is one of the 3 generals who never lost a single battle & won each and every battle they fought. .
      12. Raja Raja Chola : Established the first global naval power in the world in the true sense and built a strong foundations for his empire. And a visionary leader.
      13. Samudragupta : United the Indian Subcontinent . One of the greatest administrator, conqueror and expansionist. Made India , a golden bird once again with India getting its glory back once again.Built one of the wealthiest empire in the history. Historian V.A. Smith has referred to Samudragupta as the Napoleon of India
      14. Ranjit Singh : After british defeating the Maratha Empire in the 3rd Anglo-Maratha War (1818) , the maratha empire collapsed into several provinces/kingdoms. British were able to capture other provinces/kingdoms one after the another. But did not have guts to even stared their eyes over Ranjit Singh's Kingdom till the time he was alive and his empire was the last to be captured by British . He defeated the Afghans and made whole Afghanistan as its vassal province after many centuries and bring back the famous door of Somnath Temple. His empire included Afganistan, Pakistan,Punjab,Haryans Jammu Kashmr, Parts of Tibet, Himachal Pradesh, and borders of Delhi. And he was a great administrator.
      15. Lachit Borphukan : One of the greatest warrior of India. Defeated mughals 17 times at their peak with his much smaller army which also proves that he was also an excellent strategist. He was the reason why mughals never went beyond Bengal and never entered North East . And North East India Subcontinent was never islamised bcos of him.
      16. Mahrana Pratap : The King who was 7.5 feet tall, weighed 110 kg. His spear and armour weighed 80 kg each.Used to carry two swords each weighed 25 kg. His arch enemy Akbar never had the guts to face him in the battlefield. Revived Mewar Kingdom literally from the ashes. Was a beacon of hope for Hindus in North India. The only one who standed infront of Akbar when all other Indian Kings made alliances with Akbar. He was the reason why North India and Western India was not fully islamised. He made sure Akbar never had full control over North India which obviously prevented mughals to go south. Akbar never had a stable kingdom till the time Mahrana Pratap was alive. After Battle of Haldighati, which resulted in draw. Maharana Pratap again fought Akbar and defeated mughals in Battle of Dewair (1582) and captured more than 36 posts from mughals. And more than 36000 mughal soldiers surrendered in front of Maharana Pratap. And it was a huge blow for Akbar. British Military Colonel James Todd describes Battle of Dewair as - Todd writes thus: Haldighati is the Thermopylae of Mewar; the field of Dewair her Marathon.
      17. Hari Singh Nalwa : commander-in-chief of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Empire. The duo was the reason why Khalsa Empire reached its peak that too very quickly with its empire extended right from Afghanistan in the west to Eastern Tibetan Province in the East in such a short span of time. This guy was literally a 'juggernaut'. One of the greatest military general ever to lived which is also proved with the fact that The Times of London wrote an article in 1881 where they not only noted his battlefield prowess but also his success as an administrator and foresight. The article went onto state that "had he had the money and resources of available to European states, it would have been entirely possible that he could have reached the border of Europe." And I am sure above statement by times of London is enough to show his greatness.
      18. Narasimhadeva I : Greatest Emperor of Gajapati Empire. Defeated the Turks after North Western India and Parts of North India fell infront of turks after defeat of Prithviraj Chouhan. Built Konark Sun Temple to celebrate his victory over turks and captured large areas from them. And till the time he was on the throne, the turks were in backfoot.
      20. Harshavardhan : Defeated the Tibetans & Chinese & established his dominance over them & used to acquire taxes & tributaries from them & later on sent his emissary to China & Tibet.
      21. Skandgupta : defeated the Huns who were considered the most ruthless army in the world in the 5th century CE. Infact the whole europe were terrorised by the Huns. The Huns were nomadic warriors who terrorized much of Europe and the Roman Empire in the 4th and 5th centuries A.D. The terror which the Huns caused over the Europe and the Roman Empire is something un-imaginable. Its was the Huns, who were responsible for the annihilation of Roman Empire. And with invasion of their Capital Rome in 452 AD, the Roman Empire was wiped out. But the force, which used to terrorize whole europe was defeated by Indian Emperor Skandgupta. The Hunas, under the leadership of Toramana, suffered a crushing defeat by the Emperor Skandagupta in 458 AD. Emperor Skandguta defeated the Huns and we Indians have established our supremacy over Eastern Hun Empire, esp Central Asian Region.
      22. Durgadas Rathore : Defeated Aurangzeb in Battle of Rajasthan (1678-1679) and finish the supremacy of mughals over western part of mughal empire.
*Some honourable mentions = Porus (If Alexander had defeated Porus he would have continued with the conquest of India. Now there are some facts are coming up which proves that Porus actually defeated Alexander, this is the reason why he had to return back to Greece,he travelled with 400,000 troops to conquer India and returned with only 20,000 troops. Infact now it has been debunked by many people that Alec\xander defeated Porus where in reality it was Porus who defeated Alexander & maybe bcos we are brown skin & not anglo people thats why they are so biased & racist towards us & cant digest the fact that their greatest Hero was defeated by us😏)
Other Honourable mentions = Porus, Samrat Ashok, Prithviraj Chauhan, Bindusara, Rana Sanga, Naikidevi,Abbaka, Rani Laxmibai,Durgavati,Chach of Aror,Karnawati,Jaypal,Sambhaji, Pandyas,Cheras,Tanhaji,Chennamma, King Suhaildev, Rana Hammir SIngh & many more etc.
