I've planned abd have started with preparing for my finals. Please share tips on how to handle the anxiety that comes with final exams? The fear of failing pushes me but sometimes suffocates me. How do i keep going without buring myself out but also not limiting myself?

I know I may be late but I have a high overwhelming feeling since it's exam times.I feel like there is a lot of work to revise.
