Hi Score, are there any public unis in Spain that don't require an entrance exam to get in? Specially for internationals?

So technically, no. But there are some possibilities.
If you have an IB curriculum or another European curriculum, you may be able to get out of exams in some cases. For starters, if your grades are high enough, some universities' nota de corte will be low enough that you could enter directly, but those aren't going to be the best universities for your major.
We've also had some luck with IB students with high scores applying to science majors as a lot of the courses are considered equivalent and so they don't require those students to take the exams in some parts of the country. But in like 90% of the cases, you're going to have to take those PCE exams.

Hi, I’m trying to apply as an international student from the United States my Spanish I would say is pretty good, but not 100% fluent I want to go to the school of medicine but I’m afraid with my language barrier I can’t understand certain medical terms I was wondering how the programs are in this university I read online that the first two years of medical school were offered in English and Spanish so will I have to be completely fluent in Spanish by my 3rd year of medical school or by the time I start school?
