How tf did they put a camera inside the furnace???

She's a professor of glass literally. I took college courses from her. She's insanely skilled at glass and at teaching. This work as she said is not common so it's awesome they had her narrate it.

30 years ago, I tried out glassblowing on a one evening course. I'll never forget that experience, and how difficult it was just to coordinate the turning of the pipe, to the movement of the glass. Seeing this is simply mind blowing…..

Absolutely awesome! The commentator was brilliant, kept me engaged the whole way through, and she has a lot of patience, answering questions she's already given the answers to. As for the art work...Magnificent...the entire process, especially that last little bit.....
The repeat questions might have come from people wandering in during the show.
Love this narrator. Doesn't leave alot of silence, very informative even if not answering questions. Usually get bored and have to skip through most of video. Not so here.

Anyone who has anything to say about the cost of art should watch. Amazing passion, focus and teamwork.
Sad stereotype that museums are boring, many I’ve seen or been to have been very enlightening on a core level even as a kid they did their best to entertain and even now as a 21 yr old it’s awe inspiring.
This is incredible. Beyond..I've thrown pots and I know how hard that can be..but trying to do essentially that, but horizontally and with material that keeps changing consistency..and then there is the heat and the physical strength and the coordination of all of these people...it is beyond extraordinary.

Wow! This is amazing. I have been fascinated with glass blowing and creating since I was very young!! I tried it once in Israel - it was a crooked piece. I was assured they would reuse and melt the glass I wasted. It's wayyyy harder than it looks, heat aside! Props to these guys!!!!

I visited Morano, when I was working in Bologna, and had the pleasure of sitting in on a glass blowing exhibition. They were working on much smaller pieces. Davide and your other guests make some truly and awesomely beautiful works of art. Blessings.

Such amazing work. I looked over his site, and his work is so awesome. I love all types of artists, but it is sad when they get to a point of fame that only rich people can own something by them.
From the perspective of the artist, we want to earn well someday (after decades of work). Glass artists earn only $25 thousand on average.
