Warlords of Dreanor was purely my favorite pvp. I was able to take my favorite class a prot warrior and make him into a gladiator since level 100, prot warriors had a talent that made them into a dps class with tanking abilities also. I would spend days 2v2 and bgs and wrecking people since i loved it

Average arena game is 2 or 3 minutes 20 resi is good but i´d favor stamina and mainstat on an item instead for a healer i can see trinket being prio maybe but the 5 min one is good and it won´t lose you like 6 hours of honor farming
Well if you queue 4 times, that's 4 hours in queues, then you go against an Alliance premade who sat in a 2-minute queue and get 20 ish honor for your loss so maybe by the end of wotlkc you'll have enough honor for your trinket.
Why post such a thing explaining in detail honor hearing if in practice it’s just not going to happen? Honor is not farmable at current fractions balance. Most people will just PvE pug their way into low rating arena for AP and get season 1 gear that’s available

No, and there's a reason for that. in solo que, at least the que so SOOO high that u can actually do stuff in between. i've done 2 shattered halls before getting into AB the other day. Tomorrow before i raid karazhan, i will que so i can play bg after the raid. Sometimes i go questing in the ques. All these stuff cannot happen if u gather a premade. All u can do is go for mining or something.
IF u ain't doing heroics as priest healer Ive been doing some PVP with imbued netherweave & normal netherweave set its got a mega tone of stamina 40+ Stam on all ur pieces but you lose alot of regen and mana so yeah its ok if not spamming dungeons.

@@akhsdenlew1861 Historically speaking, Horde are actually the golden boys. The entire story after wrath is basically Thrall being Orc Jesus. From a player side, horde has always had better racials overall through most expansions, for both PvE and PvP until they made them less impactful. Alliance players aren’t to blame for the masses flocking to the other side because of Orc/UD racials or “BEs are pretty!” Long queues is the price you pay for following the crowd, sorry chief.

That's where they make the most of it, and it's NOT a change from the original. So obviously it will happen. Not every horde will pay to faction change though, its tough living in a mudd Hutt, the game will finally have more balance.
@Skill Capped WoW Guides - Could you guys do specific matchup videos? I'd love to see a Mage vs Rogue 1v1. Really could use some help on this matchup at 70. Seems almost impossible to me.. If anyone else in the comments can help, this is how I see the general 'script' of the fight going. I know I'm missing stuff, but would appreciate any help. I play mage just to be clear... -Rogue opens on me -I have to Blink away, but I'm already Crippling Poisoned most likely -Rogue uses Shadowstep I'm now in a bad spot because I'm slowed, the rogue is on top of me, and I can't get out of melee range just by using frost nova because I'll take too much damage and the rogue can easily Blind me as I escape. This is what I think maybe my next move could be, but there may be a couple possibilities.. -As soon as I Blink, my next GCD can be used to Summon Water Elemental and then Ice Block. This forces the rogue to vanish most likely, but that leaves him with all the rest of his CD's, and that leaves me with only Icy Veins and Cold Snap (but he has Preperation). My other thought is that I try to Trinket the poison immediately and Frost Nova him and go for Polymorph. The problem is he can Cloak of Shadows (which does use another CD) and repoison me, forcing me to use more CD's or he can Blind me (another CD) and get another opener I just don't see a way to establish control over the fight where I'm not dumping more CD's than he is and I'm able to secure a kill. If anyone has any help, PLEASE share it!!
Hardest matchup 1v1, you were created to feed rogue's ego :P Always be aware of Cold Snap talent, that means you can reuse the last frost spells. TBC is a rock, paper, scissor focused expansion and gear matters a lot. With those in mind, if you manage to poly rogue and open CDs you have a chance of winning, otherwise its most probably a lose. You can try fake cast poly to burn rogue's kick or COS. For me, take a rogue and join 2v2 arenas once available and dominate everything with your amazing CC chains. Wanna go for 3v3? Add a priest and you have a beyond solid team.
@@lakostakis it's looking like classic was more balanced for 1v1 than tbc is so far. Prepatch felt amazing for mage, like mage was too strong even in a lot of cases. Feel really underwhelming at the moment.
@@csquared4538 yeah.. i think Rogue in TBC is the strongest expansion for him, pvp wise. Now, i havent really tried fire spec or pom/pyro, maybe its a better spec for that matchup. Go outside the capital city and check with the duelers over there, you should find more information and/or practice with rogues. Take care fellow mage, may you always have mana to cast spells.
They need to do something about horde queues. Quickest I've had so far is 20 minutes. Most are 30-40 that's insane and 70% of the time you'll be going against ally premades and lose
After waiting on a queue for 50 minutes and getting 300 honor for winning it I quickly realized the honor gear is basically unobtainable before season 2. So fk it.
Wod hands down had the best gearing! Could get the elite sets on all characters because it didn't take too long to gear everything out! Hope they look back and go back in that direction. Getting my character to 227 took so long on shadowlands. When it came to thinking about gearing a alt I said no way lol

Don't make the mistake of leveling to 70. Stay 69 till you have full set. Queue times are 6-20min on every battlegroup.

Not at level 69... you made the mistake of leveling to 70. Stay 69 till you have full set. Queue times are 6-20min on every character I played on.

What u truly need to do to get BIS pvp gear, is to reroll alliance.

Wod was the best for pvp, could just gear then go world pvp for rest of the time was so much fun! I wish they brought back wod gearing in retail!
