Two incredible Bugatti castings. I’ve never seen the 100% casting, thanks for showing it.

VERY nice Elite 64. I just bought one also. Paid a lot more CDN for it though. Not sure if I want to open it.
The purple Bugatti is a great one, too.
The 'matching' orange/black Duesenberg is also a must have.

Bingo! I actually had that Doozie back in the day. That thing was too big for my jammers but that was a sweet sweet ride.

I personally like the elite 64 line,I know it's not exact replica, but that's what I love about hotwheels, they are unique in there own way. That 100% line back in the day was seriously slept on,basically the same as the present elite 64 line now that I think about it 🤔.I got that same turntable😂,that damn things givin me all sorts of trouble.

Yeah, I believe the 100% line is the Elite 64's granddaddy. Too bad scal- I mean, collectors, left the rubber bands on those cars, just ruined so many great castings. But yeah, Elite 64 can actually hit it off long as they keep the quality in check and they keep giving the people what they actually want while still providing something different. And yeah bro, no more super el cheapo turntables. 🚮

That’s a pretty nice piece. My biggest complaint is they should have done better wheels - wire, not solid. I have an old Bugatti from Lesney that I like a lot; it does have spoked wheels, but it’s a bit larger scale. I also have that HW type 57, but in black.

Thanks. That's definitely a fair criticism. If they could pull off the individual wire spokes, then HW would have really knocked it out of the park. And ooh, that black Type 57 is the next thing to scratch off my list.

@@spidersdiecast the 57 has wire wheels, doesn’t it?

Btw I have the Hot wheels Bugatti type 57 c. The oils from your fingers will damage this car. over time the chrome started to rub off and expose the orange colored plastic side skirts. Be careful the chrome will rub off if you keep touching it.

@@APOLLO-777BC The way I see it, if it was meant to go, then it is what it is. And on top of that, a car that's over 20 years old. But I had the 57c in my collection for years, and nothing has happened to it yet, knock on wood. But a lot of that too depends on how well your cars are being stored. Again, super high humidity with no ventilation is a big no no for diecast. In my experience, that's actually been more of a problem than oils on my fingers. And we also have to consider the quality of materials these brands build their cars with. But ultimately, I decided that I would just always enjoy my cars as long as I can before they disintegrate on me, or before I leave this earth; whichever comes first. Thanks for watching.
