    Amazing skill to catch such powerful creatures with just ropes and sticks. Humans are really Apex level predators.

    Damn that Croc is skinny!!! He shud be twice as wide as he is. Dangerous when they are that undernourished, as they will take anything that they can get their Jaws on. That's when people start getting taken.

    I'm glad they're taking him into captivity. no more starving. No more fighting other crocs for dominance. Square meals often and round the clock care.

      Agreed. That salty was getting thin AF, and because he was going for scraps, was being attacked by others. Only a matter of time before he went after humans. A sanctuary will make sure he's at a stable weight before introducing him to others again.

    The Philippines, India, Africa, Australia. Even the Florida Everglades Monster size 18+ft Crocs flourish in those locations. Man-Eater Crocs are so fantastic yet Scary. You see those glowing eyes in the water late at night. Be aware.

      You need to think twice before swimming or skinny dipping in the creeks and waterfalls in case of crocodiles and snakes and spiders in the land down under.
      Sharks and Blue Ringed Octopus and barracudas in the ocean.

      Captivity can actually be alright. It's not blanketly bad for an animal, the quality of the space is important.
      Give the animal enough room, food and adequate interactions with its own kind (for breeding and what not) and it should be fine. Wild is great but not safe, an animal in captivity normally has a longer lifespan and is typically healthier and yes happier.

      He was too skinny and could have started preying on humans if he continued to starve.They do not kill the croc,he would be made healthy and stable before being reintroduced to the wild.

      I get it, but there are mitigating aspects for this beautiful croc to be in sanctuary...
      One is being fed regularly, which can be rare in nature - at least in satisfying quantity.
      He'll also be free from danger and harassment by humans, which was ramping up in the region where he lived. 💔

    Some People eat this........... !!! Panamania People ( Folks in Panama) eat them. They said ".......Crocodile meat tastes like Chicken meat." I would rather eat Wild Beast, or Zebra or Giraffe or Fish than eat ANY Form of Lizards or Limbless (No legs or Hands ) Animals.
