28:51 that monthly tracker is great for fitness tracking. One fold out can track daily calories. The other fold out tracks workout routines. The bottom is a normal habit tracker (medicine, vitamins, 8hours sleep, caffeine, etc). The list above the habit tracker I split in half to do body measurements before and after the month. The monthly calendar I use to record weights. And I just use the dinky chart underneath the calendar to track before and after notes
