The thing with YG is that he is honest,. If he thinks that they are lacking in any area then he will say it, face to face. If he thinks that you waste you previous years of training because you didnt improve, he will say it so you can change it. If you are talented but dont have the charisma or expresions then he will say it. You may think that is cruel but it's not. If there is no one brave enough to tell them their flaws right in front of their faces, then they will not realize and change. He was like that with BB too., When Taeyang stopped improving his vocals, yg scolded him saying that he will be kick out of the group, so he needs keep training more hardly. When he saw flaws in GD's performance, he said to him that even if he had been 6 years training, he could've been kick out of the group, cause the performance was awfull. And now he is the king of performance. Te same with the other BB members, ikon and winner.
