They all should get a pat on the back! If they contribute to our community! I don't think we're perfer one over the other but we all love a rags to riches story. Anyone coming from nothing, on parole, people are not willing to give you a chance. The opportunity has to be created. He created his chance without education from a fancy, Expensive college. Why we so hard on each other? It's not neccessary! A little of kindness go a long way. Talk to your average ex con and he/she will tell you the black community did not have much of anything to give them a hand up. Everyone deserves a chance, a second chance and maybe a third. Sometime we have to bump our heads a couple of times before we get it right. He's a self-made man. Hurrah for him!!!! Now he can employ others like himself.
Mr. Marshall you a 1000% wrong! Wallo worked his ass off after doing 20 years in prison that’s what’s being celebrated his work effort, his consistency not his former lifestyle that landed him in prison. Maybe you need to watch this again because this probably went over your head.
Great interview! “Invest in women”, absolute facts! Typically women will grind hard with a man & no jealousy comes into play! No ego, we work together & get things done. I have women on my teams & ego has never been an issue!
