born with it that fella move to Queensland from NZ started in the trenches in Logan City playing rugby league for Springwood state high against teams like Marsden state high, Woodridge state high 2 good rugby league schools playing against and with top talents got him groomed for this. He's a tough skilled footballer. He's had a good career
Rugby Australia did QC so dirty. Most talented flyhalf in OZ since S. Larkham bar none. Bernard Foley kept been given free passes while QC was cast off SMH
i know right!!!!! i think aussie rugby don't like having any players with flair and would rather boring straight up and down fly half because clearly it has been working for them smh!!! i would have QC back in the wallabies squad in a heart beat and I'm a hearty kiwi all blacks supporter
@@mrrsvisuals1596 QC should've been in Japan in 2019 instead of Foley imo! He had such a gun season for the Rebels would've loved to have seen him stay on but Toomua came back and basically pushed him out. Shout to Wessels for giving him a go!
@@juag85 100% agree in QC being in that 2019 World Cup squad, they are a fighting chance with him in their, now they have too many islanders in the wallabies team and there’s a sense of no pride in the jersey, just want wallabies to be good again I’m Maori Fijian myself born in NZ and follow the all blacks so don’t bite my head off lol
To me it appears that he is working hard to set up the players around himself. Isn't that the fly-half's job? Looked like it would have been a slaughter if his support was upto the job.
As a South African I would have loved to see him in the Wallaby squad, maybe they could've been competitive in 2019 if they had him. Imo they should've had QC and Israel Folau in their team (I knowFolau did some stupid things but he's probably in the top 5 best fullbacks of all time).
All Quade trolls must really get pissed off when he plays well 😂😂😂 Even in the lower grades his talent is apparent and he was in his golden years too you would say 🔥
it is a shame how sportsmen/women are often cast away after a poor spell .... yet he showed them fans his worth ..... great to see him back for the Aussies, even if he helped beat my beloved Boks
One of my fav flyhalfs ever can see how that 9 got used to running that loop line off him looking for his offload. Still don't understand why he is so hesitant to make a tackle tho.
Like most talented 10s they often don't have the greatest defensive prowess hence. Some at least like to tackle I suppose but it's hardly effective. Handre Pollard to me is a great example of this, gun playmaker, average tackler. I mean Faf de Klerk is more effective than him lol
@@markhunt1447 an exception to the rule in my opinion. The guy looked for contact as much as he looked for gaps in the gain line. Rate DC as one of the best to ever do it period 👌
They used to say Richard Loe was worth 2-3 penalties plus the odd yellow card to the opposition. Quade took that to the next level plus some. He took an awful amount of ribbing from the ABs supporters which I always found ironic given the Australian past time for sledging in any sport they play. As an outsider looking in it always seemed easy for the opposition and their supporters to get into his head. I guess that's what ultimately differentiated the great players from the good.
@@TheRadFactor sure he is but before he had his knee injury he was exceptional... can't hold it against him that he can't move like that anymore, no one can escape age.

He moved to Aussie at the age of 13, represented their school grade, was part of their government-funded High-Performance Program, and joined the Reds as a full professional from the age of 18. Anyone doing that in NZ would be called a proud Kiwi, so give him a break.
@@andrewp4075, it took him four years of being ostracized to get control of his inner idiot and come back. Four years of his prime playing days, gone forever. My comment stood up quite well. I wish Cooper all the best with his comeback, provided he does not relapse.
Most UNDER-RATED Rugby RUclips Account, the content this page provides is ridiculous. Keep it up, the hard work will soon pay off.
0:49 - crazy step and fend followed by a dummy pass, and to finish it all off - stupid no-look pass to an opposing player. It's Quade alright!
true
Sooo it’s entertaining better than watching foley playing to the best he can, to just knock over a few penalties over per half 🤣
Luobo Mu nah, can't be! This guy tackled someone...
He got alot of flak here in New Zealand, but i have always respected his game and skill.

Accurate description of the career of Quade Cooper.
Great video showing the superb skills of a professional, from an Englishman...
Almost every tackle on quade he was still able to offload , thats definately a talent u cant teach..ka pai to mahi maori boy..
Every tackle from the second oppo was high lol
What a beautiful film - I love rugby
Great guy all round I had the pleasure of meeting him after a game at Norths
And just look at him now. THEE comeback king.
Would love to see him still playing, he bought a certain X factor to every match, Cheers Quade!
You just got your wish :D
0:50 No look flick pass which resulted in an intercept... This to me is his career in a nutshell.
